Maryland Courts just changed the game! All my rappers out there you better get those lyrics together because if you’re talking about shooting up the spot and it actually gets shot up you could be headed to jail. This new decision came after Annapolis rapper Lawrence Montague’s murder conviction. His rap lyrics were reportedly recorded  into a jail phone which were then uploaded to Instagram. These lyrics were later used to sign off on his guilt! Many people think rap lyrics shouldn’t be used as evidence because some rappers don’t actually rap about their real lives. Which is true but in court that may not matter.
