We’ve all heard the news by now that the Washington NFL team has decided to change their name after many people felt it was racist, well we officially nwo know the interim name. The team announced Thursday (July 23rd) a name for the moment and effective immediately Washington will call itself the “Washington Football Team” until they come up with a new name. Hopefully they come up with a less basic name for the Washington fans (shrugs). While fans wait for the new name change one thing we do know that will be staying is the same colors and jerseys.
