With the Coronavirus numbers going up in Maryland, Mayor Jack Young has made some changes to the dining experience. Baltimore City bars and restaurants will no longer be able to seat or serve customers indoors however outdoor dining is still allowed. In addition to that face coverings will be required for all Baltimore residents over the age of two starting Friday, July 24 at 5 p.m.
