Vanessa Bryant the wife of Kobe Bryant has officially filed a wrongful death lawsuit suing the helicopter company (Island Express) that owned the helicopter that crashed & killed Kobe Bryant, Gianna Bryant & 7 others. Per sources during the time that the pilot was flying Kobe and the 8 others the fog was very intense, therefore the lawsuit alleges Island Express was only allowed to fly under visual flight rules, and the conditions the day of the crash were not conducive for such flying. The lawsuit per TMZ also asks for damages for “pre-impact” terror damages for the emotional trauma Kobe and Gigi suffered
