We had no idea when doing the Ko-Show Kontroversy today that a person could sue a third party for breaking up their marriage. We found out that it’s true because the marriage is bound by a marriage license, so if it is broken by adultery the person involved can be sued. The spouse can face charges for alienation of affection because they are ignoring their spouse to satisfy the third party.
