Judge Mathis is not going to face charges right now for the incident where he allegedly spit on a valet driver. He said the valet driver took 45 minutes to bring his car to him and said he took the car an ran to the store. The video shows judge Mathis lean in the car and do something.
The valet who received a visit from one of Judge Mathis’ lawyers or friends can not be located by police to give a statement. This means no case if they can’t find the valet driver.
