The E.Coli scare is something that will have companies in a panic. Aurora Packing Company recalled over 62,000 pounds of beef that may be contaminated by E.Coli. The packages were shipped throughout the United States but the infected packages can be found on the USDA’s website.
There have not been any reports to date of people getting sick but E.Coli is a bacteria that can be deadly so you must follow directions. The infected beef or packages were packaged on April 19th so be careful and share the info.
