Nelly was arrested in connection to an alleged rape that occurred last October and although Nelly has denied all allegations new evidence has popped up. So the accuser Monique Green originally refused to testify against Nelly but has since filed a lawsuit against Nelly for sexual assault and defamation. We now seem to have more details about the incident via TMZ . The alleged evidence shows both Nelly and the accusers clothing along with several different scenes on Nelly’s alleged tour bus. Sources say there is also video evidence that hasn’t been released yet.
