We have the rules full body workouts so you can build a beach body for the Spring and Summer. The best thing to do is use one exercise or two per body part for your full body workout. For your Chest do the incline and use heavy weight, also some push ups will help. For your Back you can just do Pull Ups to failure. Make sure you finish strong with legs! Squats should be the best thing for your legs and you can add lunges with those.
