living_lovin15 Gm Dre, there is a right and wrong way of doing things…. I do believe there are many “illegal” people in the USA however, there needs to be an implementation of a correct process of getting to the bottom of it, not just straight ban off the back
eboniblack Carefully examine Trump’s immediate response to the 9th Circuit ruling. Once again, he patronizes and demeans the federal judiciary. “Political” decision. “see you in court.” He suggests that the court is exceeding its constitutional authority. And who pray tell should make that determination? The present and only institutional check and balance on the Donald the Menace presidency is the federal judiciary. Trump knows and understands limitations that the rule of law imposes on his decision-making. He is chewing the cud on how to circumvent the judiciary and the rule of law. He and Brannum are testing the process as we speak. This case, which involves a temporary action, is akin to a mosquito on an elephant’s ass given its sloppy and broad immigration restriction. We will soon venture into deeper more chopper litigation waters as our courts address more formidable substantive immigration questions, the emoluments clause and separation of church and state. Bravo for the 9th Circuit Ruling. Stay vigilant though. The greater power is always with the people!!!
