“Minorities and Women in all please know that this isn’t the end.”

LeBron James publicly endorsed Hillary Clinton and helped introduce her at an Ohio rally prior to last night’s election so we knew he’d have something to say about last night’s shocking victory for Donald Trump.

LeBron and the Cavs were in action last night so unlike many other athletes he was unable to comment on Clinton’s loss, but this morning he took to instagram to issue a lengthy statement about the events that unfolded during the presidential election.

The IG post was just a simple black screen with Kendrick Lamar‘s “Alright” playing in the background, but the caption revealed his feelings.

In the post, which can be viewed below, LeBron wrote:

“As I woke up today looking and searching for answers on what has happened this song hit it right on the head! If we continue the faith(as hard as it may be to do so) we will BE ALRIGHT!! Parents and leaders of our children please let them know they can still change the world for the better! Don’t lose a bit of faith! They’re our future and we must remain stronger than ever!!
