On the heels of HBO announcing J. Cole’s Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming special, the North Carolina rapper and his Dreamville crew alluded to the possibility of a new project.
Cole, Cozz, Bas, and Cole’s manager Ib cryptically tweeted 1-888-88-DREAM, which prompted Cole’s fans to call the hotline.
The hotline featured “yo momma” jokes and a few lucky fans actually got to speak with J. Cole’s manager on the phone. We’re not quite sure what the stunt was for, but rumor has it, J. Cole’s gearing up to release Revenge of the Dreamers 2.
The first installment of Revenge of the Dreamers was released almost two years ago. The 90-minute Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming special will air on HBO on January 9, 2016 at 10 p.m. EST.
