So its been reported that wale has left Roc Nation and will be taking his talents to a new management group a source told XXL. Wale has been with Jay Z Roc Nation management since 2009. The split was apparently mutual. Roc Nation management, which also manages Meek Mill, Rihanna, Kanye West and more have already taken the DC rapper down from the list of artist represented on the website.
Wale will reportedly be signing on with 77 Management Group going forward, which is run by Leonard Brooks, Rich Paul, and Maverick Carter, This Firm also handles most of Lebron James Management affairs as well.
We don’t know where this leaves Wale and his upcoming album “An Album About Nothing” will it still drop earlier this fall? Or does this situation have anything to do with Wale’s fall out with Meek Mill that happened earlier this summer?
