Everyone was talking about the alleged shade throwing Nicki Minaj laid on Iggy Azalea at the BET Awards (which Iggy never paid any attention to).
Minaj took to Fader magazine and finally addressed what she was really saying and kinda/sorta squashed it???
The rapper said, “My point of saying what I said was that women need to have a perspective,” she starts off. “If we’re out here saying that we’re so confident, and we’re so this and so that, but we don’t even trust ourselves to write down our own thoughts and spit it on a beat?” Full of energy she said, “It just doesn’t add up.”
