Now for the hip-hop culture you have heard many rappers saying that they have a connection with Infamous Drug Lord “EL Chapo” but for a long time this man has been in hiding for so long that his name started to be just an urban legend or a myth until recent events.
Joaquin “EL Chapo” Guzman was the head of one of the biggest drug Cartel in the world, he is believed to be responsible for bringing in 8 tons of cocaine in the United States .
He was accused of trafficking 150,000 kilos of cocaine through Chicago per month. He escaped prison in 2001 in a laundry cart. According to Forbes Magazine we was labeled the world most powerful drug trafficker adding up his fortune to one billion dollars making him the most powerful person in the world in 2012.
