Since news broke of the L.A. Lakers firing Coach Mike Brown recently the rumor mill was swirling about who would be the new head coach. There were even talks of the legend Phil Jackson to come back out of retirement to get the troubled Lakers back together. Well Lakers fans the rumors can now be put to rest and famous Triangle offense will still be retired as the L.A. Lakers recently hired Mike D’antoni as the new coach to run the team. D’antoni has signed a three year deal worth $12 millon dollars. If you ask me the Lakers are now in trouble more than ever with D’antoni as the coach he didn’t work out in Phoenix or New York we will just have to wait and see with L.A.
