Cook/Kitchen Assistant
We have an opening for kitchen assistant at our bed and breakfast. Help needed for breakfast and events. Responsibilities will include cooking, cleaning and assisting in kitchen management, as well as serving if necessary. Must be available Saturday – Tuesday and have prior cooking experience. Shifts start as early as 6am.

Plumbing
If you have experience with all plumbing and water systems, and can perform at least 15 to 20 winterizations by yourself in a day you have a job!!! We are a property preservation company that service and maintains over 250 properties in the Maryland area. Candidate must have a valid drivers license, be able to operate a digital camera, and have at least a high school diploma. Before calling please have all of the qualifications and be able to give accurate estimates for any plumbing issues you run into while doing these winterizations. If you have your own tools and transportation it will be a plus but not recommended. We pay weekly and submit a 1099 at the end of the year. For more info please call 443-418-2826
