MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (HARFORD COUNTY / ABINGDON)
Property Management Co. seeking apartment maintenance workers. Must have at least 3 years experience in apartment maintenance. HVAC Cert. preferred but ability to repair HVAC without assistance a must. Must have tools, transportation, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to be on occasional weekend call and remove snow when necessary. Live-on possibility.
