Over the weekend, Shaunie, Evelyn, Suzie, Royce, Jennifer, and Kesha all traveled to Los Angeles to tape the reunion of Vh1’s reality show, Basketball Wives. Notice, I didn’t say Tami Roman. We will get to that later.
Over the past couple of weeks, Basketball Wives have gotten alot of backlash with the portrayal of women of color on television with all of the negative images. In the reunion, Shaunie said that in the future there will be more positive images with the show. Peep the video:
From the pictures and video I have seen from the reunion taping, Tami Roman was not there. Recently, Tami tweeted some subliminal/encryptic tweets so she may not be returning for the next season. We don’t know. We will definitely have to wait this one out.
