Actor Terrence Howard was served a restraining order to stay at least 100 yards away from his estranged wife Michelle until their court hearing. Michelle Howard claims Terrence was beating her up on a consistent basis since the first week of their marriage and she suffers chronic health problems due to years of his abuse.
