Scarface is one of the most influential movies on hip-hop, and a new version is on the way. Be clear…this will NOT be a remake or a sequel, but a retelling of the film that was made in 1932 starring Paul Muni, and again in 1983 with Al Pacino as the star.

According to Deadline.com, the third version of Scarface will be about an immigrant pursuing the American dream by doing dirt. But it’s not yet known if it will focus on an Italian or Cuban like the first two versions of the film, or if the main character will have another ethnicity. Read more about the new Scarface here.
