How would you like for Jay Z to be your landlord? Cool huh? Well, what if you just signed the lease and Jigga (allegedly) has his goons harrass you to leave the property? Some Philadelphia residents of a 24-unit condominium complex, which is partially owned by Shawn Carter aka Jay Z, are being sued by his legal team. Some tenants are said to have endured “harrassment from his team of lawyers”. I can’t see Jay doing this can you? He does like money though….hmmm….
