Phone Receptionist – Part Time (Lutherville-Timonium)
Duties Include: Answers telephone switchboard. Provides excellent member service. Receives mail daily from post office. Sorts and delivers mail internally. Delivers mail to facility for pick up in afternoon. Unpacks and distributes office supply orders. Stocks supplies. Stuffs outgoing receipts, letters, notices for mailing.
Location: Lutherville-Timonium Branch
Salary: Starting $10.33 /hour
Hours: Approximately 20 Hours Per Week during the following: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Requirements: Applicants should have excellent customer service phone skills. Prior phone receptionist experience is preferred. College education a plus. Must have the transportation and ability to travel to and from the post office.
