Diddy’s Bad Boy films is the latest entity to feel the woes of legal drama.

The film company is being sued for copyright infringement due to a scene in the movie where a billboard is displayed.

Billboard model Angelyne is suing Bad Boy along with Fox Searchlight Pictures and State Street Pictures for using her image in the movie.

According to the court document filed in Los Angeles District Court, Angelyne claims that the defendants knowingly used a billboard with her image for a 12 second shot in Notorious. It states,

“At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, adapt or distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the `Notorious’ motion picture, a a result of the billboard’s use in the film, Angelyne claims she has suffered “loss of reputation and standing in the community.”
