Parents of a 14yr old kid who was cut from the basketball team for not wanting to cut his hair is filing a lawsuit. The school said they wanted kids to have a clean cut image, but the parents are saying that it’s unconstitutional. The school and the coach said it’s privilege to play sports in school and they have not violated his rights. He was not able to play anyway. The judge did say “that the rule to remove someone with cornrows was an asinine, stupid rule.”
