Job Title: Site Technician
Position Purpose
To keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property in a clean and safe condition.
Reports To
Community Manager or Property Manager; at times, may report to Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties
Vacuum carpets.
Wash windows (interior/exterior).
Keep sidewalks clean (i.e., sweep or shovel).
Blow leaves from parkways.
-Previous experience is not required.
-Valid driver’s license and vehicle may be required at some properties.
-Must have mobility to move about property, climb stairs, lift appliances and tools, stretch, bend and kneel.

A small, new private school is looking for a part time administrative/clerical person who will supervise the children during a break and lunch/recess.
