Foxy Brown avoided felony charges of violating a probation order yesterday in Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Foxy faced seven years in prison for an incident in July where she allegedly shouted obscenities and exposed her backside to her neighbor, Arlene Raymond.

Yesterday Brown appeared in court for a 82 second hearing in which it was revealed that the grand jury did not indict her with two felonies and three of four misdemeanor charges.  She was indicted on a criminal contempt charge, and at worst, will serve community service, according to her lawyer, Salvatore Strazzulo.

“I’m so happy, I’m just very happy,” said Brown, dressed to the nines in a skimpy teal dress, dark sunglasses, a leopard print scarf and tan platform shoes.

“Never once did I worry about this,” she told The Daily News.
