Tameka Foster To Usher: “You Don’t Deserve Our Kids”

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is taking taking him to court for sole custody of their two sons. Tameka has filed court papers asking for him to lose joint physical custody of their children. According to TMZ, Tameka filed court papers in Georgia, asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. She’s claiming that Usher has broken several agreements they have in place.

A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that.

She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened.

Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’

According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’

She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him.

A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow.

Usher just can’t get this woman off his back! I’m hearing that the children are with him more than they are with Tameka!

Usher’s younger brother James Lackey was reportedly arrested last week for beating up his baby momma and abusing their child.

On October 26, 2011 James Lackey aka J Lack was picked up by the Fulton County Sheriff Office and arrested on three counts of battery including domestic violence AND cruelty to a child. Lackey spent a total of two days in jail before he was released on bail of $5,500.

His production credits include Lloyd’s ‘Get It Shawty’, One Chance ‘Do It’, as well as a several tracks on Usher’s ‘Here I Stand’ album.

SMH!! Fellas, if you get that heated, try taking a walk around the block, you should NEVER put your hands on a woman or child!

Usher was attacked by a screaming lady earlier this week when he parked outside of a store in a handicap spot in the ATL. According to TMZ, Usher had arrived to the Little 5 Points Halloween parade and the woman told Usher that he doesn’t belong there and then she goes crazy swinging her arms and tries to grab him. She manages to grab his hoodie and holds it for a second. What we have to ask is where was Usher’s body guard?

Are Usher and Grace Miguel over? He was spotted eyeing and wooing German model-turned-singer Victoria Martini outside Lair nightclub in Soho, New York this weekend.

According to the NY Daily News, Martini was busy shooting a music video at the club when Usher, who was strolling the streets, saw the 5’11″ beauty and snapped a few photos with her before offering her some career advice and telling her “I’ll be seeing you soon I am sure.”

105.9 kiss-fm – Usher closed down the show of day one at the 2011 Essence Music Festival at the Louisiana Superdome on July 1, 2011 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

While performing “Lil Freak”, from his sixth studio album Raymond v. Raymond, he tells the Essence crowd “I hope you don’t mind if I get a little freaky, can you handle it ladies”. He actually puts his hands down his own pants and does a few not safe for work actions!

Usher has been very successful in the music business and if you ask around some may even say he holds the crown. There is always a few bumps getting to the the top and Usher has seen his share of hard times. At the age of 11, Usher joined a r&B local quintet called Nu Beginnings organized by Darryl Wheller. He recorded 10 songs with the group in 1991. The album was released by mail order only. After the release of the album, Usher was taken out of the group by his mom who said it was a bad experience.
