Radio One Baltimore Station’s WERQ-FM, WWIN-FM, WWIN-AM, WOLB-AM are planning to register people to vote for the 2012 election with a series of events and at multiple locations.
Radio One, Inc is interested in helping the community at large participate in a civic duty that all Americans should participate in. Regardless of party affiliation, Radio One, Inc wants to reach out to the communities it serves and this initiative will make sure that happens.
Voting is the most fundamental of all our rights. It empowers each citizen with the ability to change their government. Radio One, Inc is encouraging all Americans to vote and to fully realize the American Dream by playing an active role in our political process.
