Baltimore was named 7th best Metro for working women.
The ranking was done by MagnifyMoney which looked at the 50 largest metropolitan areas based on employment, health care, business ownership, management positions, wage gap, child care, representation and workplace protections.
Baltimore has 32.3 percent of businesses owned by women, 42.6 percent of managers who are women, 68.5 percent of women with employer-based health insurance and 38.3 percent of state legislators who are women.
