Cleveland’s own, Daelon Kelly, is a 12 year old boy who is suffering from Leukemia. He is being treated at UH Rainbows Babies & Children’s Hospital. He absolutely loves all the artist performing at Summer Jam but is a super fan for Desiigner . Shout out to Desiigner for making his day by having a special meet & greet plus autographs on his favorite team jersey backstage at Z1079 Summer Jam. Check the video below.
