The best thing you can do is eat more and don’t calorie count. I make sure that I carry my lunch box everyday of the week and I eat 5 to 6 meals daily. Whenever I leave the house I have my lunch box so I don’t let myself get hungry. Eating every 2 hours will help you maintain your weight so make it a lifestyle.
