We’re sending prayers up to the family and friends of Lane Graves, who was killed in Florida earlier this week. On Monday, the two-year old was dragged by an alligator who was near a Walt Disney World resort hotel. Just moments ago, they have confirmed he is dead. His body was intact and divers say he died from drowning.
Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings told reporters at a news conference about the drowning.
“He likely drowned,” official said. “Of course, the autopsy has to confirm that, but there is likely no question in my mind that the child was drowned by the alligator.”
