Last December, Nike signed LeBron James to a lifetime sneaker deal.

People instantly began to speculate about the deal’s value and LeBron’s business partner, Maverick Carter, has finally hinted at the numbers. And it’s just as major as we expected.

In a recent interview with GQ, Carter was asked about Kanye West’s line on his song “Facts,” in which West claims Nike “gave LeBron a billi not to run away.” According to GQ writer Mark Anthony Green, Carter responded with a smile and pointed upwards, insinuating the deal could be worth even more than $1 billion.

“It’s a fantastic deal. Nike feels great about [it]. That’s the most important thing,” Carter said. “It’s the largest deal in the history of the company. Their hope is he makes even more. And our hope is that, too, obviously.”

Must feel good to be ‘Bron.
