Cj Nickens Baltimore is a town of Divide and Competition. The chip exist because we have some many catagories to seperate us from each other. The oldest being East / West. Within those division is inherent pride which cause competition that ultimate creates conflict. I could quote some stuff from the Willie Lynch speech, but those that get it understand.

deucegamecrazy63 Urban Baltimore is an angry city, however who wouldn’t be angry when you have to constantly fight to make any progress and there are so many people who are too blind to see. It’s not a chip it’s called poverty.
