Prayers go out to the Gray family after going through the lost of Freddie gray, Freddie’s mother is now undergoing psychiatric evaluation after sources say she tried to attempt suicide.
USA Today reports,
The mother of a black Baltimore man whose death in police custody prompted charges against police officers has attempted suicide, WJZ television is reporting.
Gloria Darden, the mother of Freddie Gray, was undergoing psychiatric evaluation Thursday evening after the Wednesday evening suicide attempt, WJZ reported, citing multiple sources.
Darden suffered superficial wounds in the attempt and was taken to a nearby hospital, but no surgery or stitches were necessary, according to WJZ.
