Thanks to Love & Hip-Hop, Tahiry Jose is known for being a super tough broad. But now the reality star is claiming she was the victim in a super violent altercation last year…and she’s taking her assailant to court.
According to TMZ, Joe Budden‘s ex is suing security guard Carlos Fiasco (aka Charles Suggs) whom she says beat her to a pulp and dragged her by her hair backstage at a New York Fashion Week show.
The fashion show’s producers revealed that Fiasco became irritated at Tahiry because she was acting “too Hollywood.” Tahiry insists that the attack was so bad, she can’t work. In the lawsuit, Tahiry stated that she was “suddenly and without cause and provocation verbally and physically, brutally and savagely attacked.”
No word on whether her “work” is another season of Love & Hip-Hop. But she’s suing Fiasco and the show organizers who hired him for an unspecified amount.
