Beyoncé and Jay Z have shelled out the big bucks for “La Casa de Castille,” according to VarietyThe mansion, located in the heart of the Garden District in New Orleans, is also a former church.

Because of course that’s where they would live.

At 13, 292 square feet and listed at just $2.6 million (a real steal compared to their New York City penthouses), it’s absolutely exquisite.

A little more about the rumored future home of the Carter family. It was built-in the middle of the Roaring Twenties, in 1925. It was first a place of worship for Westminster Presbyterian Church. In later years, it housed the ballet studio, Ballet Hysell. Definitely Beyhive approved.

No word on whether Bey and Jay have set up an altar to themselves.

Just kidding.
