Cj Nickens Baltimore suffers from 1964 integration . After integrating, the black elite moved on to claim a piece of white America, leaving behind the blue-collar workers and less fortunate. With the visible presence of black role models, youth emulated what they saw. Hustler’s mentality become more prevalent. We went from it takes a village to raise a child to I have to look out for myself. The black community began to unravel. Neighbors no longer disciplined each other kids to instill values and principles.
This is just part of the problem, I can go on for hours on the problem of Bmore
