Driver for Handicap Van (Baltimore City & County)
Need EXPERIENCED DRIVER to drive elderly or physically challenged persons to ADULT MEDICAL DAY CENTER in Essex, Maryland, 21221, MONDAYS through FRIDAYS, DAYS ONLY.
Qualifications: Must have HS diploma or GED. Certified by MD licensed physician to be in good health & free from drug or alcohol abuse and from communicable disease, plus TB. If we hire you, you will need to be trained in First Aid & CPR certification ASAP. Requires background check. Must bring MD driving record with “no point” driving record. Prior experience in transportation of the elderly or physically/mentally challenged persons preferred. We check references.
Responsibilities: Safe assistance & transportation of participants, (primarily elderly) from their home to our adult day center. May be required to assist participants in various activities in the facility and/or giving them transportation to scheduled medical appointments several days a month and outings as needed. You will return participants to their homes in the afternoon.
Candidate must maintain good report with family caregivers, participants, community, and staff. Several “gas-up” each week and fluid check of vehicle, daily pick up of the interior of vehicle. Night Shift Order Puller (Laurel, MD)
Central Wholesalers is a leading distributor of apartment and building maintenance supplies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region currently seeking a candidate for the NIGHT SHIFT Order Puller.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Pull orders for next day’s delivery/pick up; this involves reading Purchase Order with name of client and items listed to purchase, locating each item in the warehouse, gathering completed order, and staging it in the proper area.
• Maintenance of warehouse, to include cleaning and organizing shelves.
• Forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack operation.
• Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
• Able to lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to pull orders accurately
• Previous forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack experience preferred
• Able to work on feet for long periods of time

Property Management Company seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join their TEAM!
Skills/ Requirements:
Maintenance Supervisor must have a MINIMUM of 3 – 5 years RESIDENTIAL maintenance experience.
Must have minimum of 3 years strong supervisory skills and the ability to perform as team leader.
Must have the capability to prioritize emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance work orders, and the ability to maintain and order supply inventory.
Must be able to delegate and physically complete work orders, and interact with contract vendors.
Training of staff on plumbing/electrical/carpentry/ heat and air conditioning, and unit turnover repairs required.
All candidates must have a high school education or equivalent.
Candidates must have their own tools and RELIABLE transportation to assist with after-hour emergencies.
