1.) Leasing Consultant (Baltimore, Md)
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years as a Leasing consultant or equivalent position in Property Management.
Job Duties are as follows but not limited to:
Show/lease/market apartment and townhomes properties.
Complete various paperwork, reports and documents as needed.
Collect application fees, move in monies, rental payments, etc.
Interact with all residents, vendors, and staff of Mid-Atlantic properties.
Marketing
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/ Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years as a leasing consultant in Property Mgmt.
Must be computer savvy.
Property Management Software knowledge, a PLUS! (Ex: Jenark , Yardi, etc.)
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must be available to work weekends.
