HVAC Technician (Baltimore City)
MARM is seeking a floating HVAC Technician who will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing all HVAC equipment. This position may work at different sites throughout the week or have to travel to two different sites on the same day.
Job Duties:
Perform emergency/corrective/and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
(condensers/thru-the-wall units/heat pumps/baseboard heaters, etc.) located in apartments and town homes.
Replace and swap out equipment as necessary
Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repair and replacement
Maintain a complete set of necessary tools and test equipment
Assist with other types of residential maintenance
Responsible for assets (tools and vehicle) used on job
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Have a valid driver’s license
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Daily travel to multiple job locations
Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
CFC License REQUIRED!
