Why did Solange Knowles attack Jay Z?

That is what everyone wants to know. I’m not sure if we’ll ever hear from the involved parties what really happened but from several sources, there are a couple common theories that would make sense. The one that seems to be most common and kind of makes sense based on Bey’s behavior during the debacle, is that Jay Z is very controlling, Beyonce is very passive and Solange was fed up and sticking up for her sister. That would explain why Beyonce didn’t jump in and defend him.

If Hov is in fact, too controlling, maybe Bey is fed up with it but doesn’t want or is too afraid to stand up to him, herself. That may also explain why Beyonce really doesn’t have a ton of friends or is seen hanging out with anyone other then Jay or other couples that Jay is cool with. It may also be why she doesn’t seem as close with Kelly or why she is no longer employing her dad. This of course is speculation but again this was the most common theory that I’ve seen and there is even an alleged witness to Jay being extra controlling and belligerent before the 2013 Super Bowl. Several relatives of one of the women were also in the room, along with a child or two, a couple of personal assistants and a few venue staffers. There was going to be a big audience, and nerves should have been riding high.”

Again, this is hearsay and could very well be exaggerated but when you keep hearing the same theory or similar stories…It does make you wonder… Is there some truth to this?
