A new Vine video showing a toddler smoking a substance in a cigar went viral. Now the internet community is trying to track down the parents or persons responsible. The user NikoWavy deleted the post after receiving heavy backlash from online users. The video, however, had already received more than 33,000 shares on Twitter and 4,500 revines.
