My son is 16 and not only does this mean he’s ready for his driver’s license but he’s ready for his first job! So, how do we prepare our teens for their first jobs? Here are a few tips:
- Educate your teenager about earning an income by providing opportunities around the home to make money
- Discuss job interests with your teens.
- Teach teens about work and the job hunting process
- Allow your teen to exercise her entrepreneurial spirit.
