Hot 97‘s Mr. Cee has voluntarily resigned from the top radio station in the country due to his multiple encounters with cross dressers making it in the news. The popular on-air personality humbly bowed out in an attempt to protect the station’s brand and stressed that his departure was not a decision from upper management. Most recently an alleged encounter with a cross dresser was recorded and uploaded onto youtube. See the video here.
Mr. Cee appeared to take responsibility for any involvement he may have had in the aforementioned encounters. During his farewell, he had this to say:
“Today is my last day on HOT 97…..I’m good.”
“No one is perfect.”
“I have beef with no one here at HOT 97. It’s been a great ride. I would have it no other way.”
