Bradley Manning, the Army private who was sentenced to 35 years in prison for leaking classified military documents, wants the world to know that he is transgender. He contacted The Today show in a written statement, touting that he would like to be called Chelsea Manning and that he hopes to receive hormone replacement while in prison. The photo above with him wearing a wig was sent to sent to his Military therapist titled “My Problem”.
