Dre’s #breakfastbite.. What can we do as a community to decrease the crime rate in the City of Baltimore? #92q #bmore #tuesday #maryland#baltimore

Anthony Baker Vote out that so called mayor so maybe we can keep open more things for these young kids to do.

Trina Whoelsebutme Selden Come together and take back our communities…not be afraid to talk to the police and damn it—be tired enough to follow through with a plan!

Jermaine Townes These kids has no guidance n tha leaders close down all things 4them 2do…then there left wit tha streets.. Starts from tha top

Toiya Tko Best We need a clean sweep of City Hall and the police to begin with, more crooks and criminals there. There needs to be more for kids to do instead of hanging on the corners. People need to stop being afraid to tell when they see something, if you want change it starts with the people!!!

Eric G. Jamison II Provide programs to keep young people engaged and challenged, while showing them genuine love and respect.

Andrea Onmygrind Jarmon City hall n Congress r note raising our kids…..STOP LIVING WITH NEW MILLENNIUM RULES N GET BACK TO OLD SCHOOL VALUES! STOP BEING AFRAID TO TALK SPEAK UP N GET INVOLVED……BUT PLS STOP COMPLAINING UNLESS U R GOING TO GET INVOLVED! It still takes a VILLAGE!

Elliott Simon One thing they can do is open the PAL centers back up. Assure the citizens trust to help out with reporting crime and having neighborhood citizen policing. Start having a three strike rule like in California. I have much to say about stopping this violence Dre but you know I can’t say much cause of my job. I will get in trouble. One more thing invest in the public servant. Police fire and let’s not forget the teachers

aHardPhil2Swallo♏‏@AhrdPHiL2Swall @DreJohnson1 the parents gotta raise the children better period!

Cornelius Harrison‏@Nibby21 @DreJohnson1 man…it starts in the home. More parents need to step up and teach our kids how to be good citizens! #realtalk

Matthew E. Bradby II‏@MatthewBradby @DreJohnson1 GM…we can be more involved, meetings, joint COP walks and accountability for our own children and actions

larri alston‏@larrialston @DreJohnson1 Drugs/Guns r not the issue but teaching our children respect 4 human life over killing each other in the street like animals☹

coolmoeveeEnd jealousy/hate. Pull that off and i guarantee crime will decrease

eb_jordanEnd prejudice because more people are being killed from prejudicy.

hollywooddre84@drejohnson1 if more fathers raise there kids instead of a gun.

blackpifftattoosOfficers have to patrol those corners before the shootings flat out stay outta those damn patrol cars

moni_luv25As a community we have to help children instead of bringing them down raise them up teach them manners integrity show them right from wrong and actually give them love and attention because they’re seeking it in the the streets and it starts from home

itsshemeherMore police…… Community Centers with things to do for our children sticking together as a community seems to be hard these days for the black communities we have to truly want better to do better

bmoreredz@drejohnson1 im trying to put together ablock party with a stop the violence theme and then im trying to move on to do community parties with the same theme

iimnikoaBe more involved with our children. Pay more attention, stop getting mad over petty stuff and start letting shit go.

lovekia_85When we stop the hate against one another then things will change

that_star_lifeOpen bk up some of these rec centers they closed alot of them down wat they thought they was going bring crime down open the rec bk up and get our young people off the streets

unstoppable215Most kids weren’t going to rec centers anyway so I’m not sure if that’s the solution. Though we do need something for them to do.

that_star_life@unstoppable215 wit no where to go wat is it to do but voilents give them somthing to do start a new program or somthing wat fuck our tax dollars going to

poeticsoldier957Someone needs to straight call out the city for discrimination. They don’t practice the same level of police enforcement. If you live near Mondawmin Mall close to North ave you see the police stopping online at local restaurants for food and never stopping for red lights. If you travel over to Charles Village it like a different planet the police are polite, patrol regularly, conduct traffic for pedestrians, and respond in record times for EVERYTHING. After visiting Charles Village travel 5 blocks to Waverly/Greenmount Ave you go back to angry faced police who only serve as a buffer to hold back crime from the Charles Village line. It’s kind of hard for people to act civilized when you are blatantly treated differently.

poeticsoldier957 The inner city needs more resources pushed into after school programs to motivate the youth into sports, environmental education, and also teaching manners. The could open a few parks and do more area beautification throughout ALL neighborhoods. Most importantly employee counselors that actually care about the students mental health and teach them how to resolve issues and deal with the various hurdles that come with living in the inner city. They focus too much on the THUG instead of the recipe that created his mindset of violence.
