Kelly Ripa names her new Co-Host after running thru thosands of people to find the right person for the job. She has always been on of my favorite tv host because she is a female that holds her own. Some females put in that position don’t realize how to just be who they are and the rest will come. She handles criticism very well and some females lose it when they get a little corrective criticism. She is one of the most confident females in the media/entertainment business.
