    I sit for at least 4 to 6 hours a day at work. Not knowing what damage I’m creating for myself resulting from poor circulation in my legs.

    There are many things that contribute to poor circulation in your extremities:

    Smoking

    Lack of exercise

    Obesity

    High Blood/Cholesterol

     

    What do you need to do?

    STOP SMOKING

    EXERCISE REGULARLY

    KEEP YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE/CHOLESTEROL LEVELS DOWN
